Changing Organisation
Our philosophy is simple –
People don’t hate change. Rather, they fear the impact it might have on them.
We start by identifying and working with influential groups of leaders. Helping them to plan for and navigate the inevitable human reactions to change. We show them how to get to the tipping point where the supporters of the change outnumber the sceptics. A point where the change takes hold.
Engaging individuals is the key – “I am a name, not a number” – allowing everyone the chance to be heard is important, because then their sense of control will be re-established and the fear will diminish.
Recent projects we’ve been involved with include:
- Delivering a global initiative to help a client win in the war for talent
- Educating Leaders of a tech company in the art of engagement to help reverse a brain drain and sinking morale
- Assisting the top team of a financial institution to regain confidence and start shaping the organisations’ future
- Designing multiple interventions to help smooth the fusing of two merging companies
Building Dynamic Teams

Our starting point is understanding what type of team we will be working with and what the aspiration is for that team.
Then, we adopt one of three approaches –
- Team Coaching – working with a team over a period of time, helping them to hone their performance. We work with them on their process-level skills, while they work on the business content.
- Team Facilitation – A specific intervention providing structure to interactions, as the team tackles a specific project or challenge
- Team Building – Usually a one-off event designed to, for example, enhance relationships of established teams or get new teams off to a flying start.
